Ampersand Theatrical Management LLC – Event Registration

By registering for an event, workshop, or presentation (the “Event”) through this platform, you agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Notice.
Ampersand Theatrical Management LLC (“Ampersand,” “we,” “us”) administers and manages event registration and guest list services for this Event. Ampersand may be acting on behalf of a third-party producer, creative team, or production (the “Producer”).
Registration for this Event is free of charge and does not constitute a purchase. A confirmed registration secures a place at the Event, subject to compliance with these Terms. Submission of an RSVP does not guarantee entry in all circumstances. Admission is subject to capacity and operational considerations, and entry may be refused in cases of late arrival or overcapacity.
Ampersand and the Producer reserve the right to approve or deny attendance at their discretion, limit capacity, modify guest lists, and refuse admission to any individual.
Late arrival may result in non-admittance. Admission after the listed start time is not guaranteed.
Events may be recorded, photographed, or documented. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in promotional, archival, or commercial materials without compensation.
You agree to comply with all venue rules and instructions. Ampersand and the Producer reserve the right to remove any attendee for disruptive behavior or non-compliance. Removal shall not entitle the attendee to any compensation.
Ampersand is not responsible for the content, quality, or execution of the Event. The Producer is solely responsible for the Event itself.
Events may be modified, postponed, or cancelled at any time. Ampersand and the Producer shall not be liable for any costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ampersand’s liability is limited to the administration of the registration process. Ampersand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance or inability to attend the Event.
Privacy Notice: In connection with your registration, we may collect your name, email address, and basic technical information such as IP address. Your information is used to manage event registration and guest lists, communicate event details and updates, coordinate attendance, and support event operations.
If you opt in, your information may be used by Ampersand Theatrical Management LLC to send invitations and updates about future events, productions, and theatre-related opportunities. You may unsubscribe at any time.
If you opt in to receive updates about a specific production or event, your information may be shared with the relevant Producer and creative team for the purpose of providing updates about that production, including development, workshops, and future presentations.
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers necessary to operate this platform or where required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement relating to event registration and attendance.
